released today this afternoon. now, as people aboard the oracle race boat who made the emergency call just after 1:00 this afternoon, san francisco fire chief joanne hayes white says oracle crew members reported the artemus swedish racing boat had capsized, sending all 12 people on board into the water. the victim was in the water, perhaps trapped under the boat for about ten minutes before being pulled onto the team's chase boat that's usually right next to the main boat. the police department's marine unit vessel was the first to respond, giving simpson cpr right away. now you police are taking over the investigation into what caused the artemus to capsize. >> i'm not a sailor. i know i wouldn't consider these extreme conditions. it's fairly windy out here today. i think any time there's a sport of any kind, there's risks involved. certainly an incident like today underscores the importance of having, you know, as much as possible adequate first responders on the bay, particularly during the season of america's cup. >> now, there was one person who suffered minor cuts, the othe
